Project Details and the Importance of Seismic Isolation

Sancaktepe City Hospital stands out as one of Istanbul's significant healthcare investments. In a region with a high earthquake risk, seismic isolation technology will be used to ensure the hospital's safety. This technology is designed to absorb the building's vibrations during an earthquake, minimizing structural damage and enhancing the safety of the building’s occupants.
The project will use a total of 1,505 Triple Pendulum Earthquake Isolators in four different sizes. These isolators will control the building's movement during an earthquake, reducing the structural impact. The isolators used in the project will be sourced from American EPS (Earthquake Protection Systems), the company we represent, and Doka Endüstri will carry out the installation.

Works at the Construction Site Has Begun

Following the signing of the contract, work at the Sancaktepe City Hospital construction site has begun rapidly. Doka Endüstri has taken all necessary measures to ensure the project is completed on time and in full, with the required materials and equipment deployed at the site. The project will be completed within 272 calendar days, ensuring the hospital's earthquake safety.
