Wear Plates & Features
VAUTID wear plates are produced by welding hardfacing materials onto structural steels such as S235, S355, and HII using the Metal-Arc method. Thanks to this technology, the plates offer:

Heat resistance up to 1093°C
High wear resistance
Long-lasting and durable performance

The thickness of VAUTID wear plates is specified separately for the base metal and hardfacing layers (e.g., 5+3, 6+4, 15+5). With a variety of thickness and size options, they are widely used in different applications.
