DOKA Endüstri successfully provided services for the manufacturing and assembly of critical components in the Subsonic Wind Tunnel Project constructed by TUSAŞ in Ankara.

Project Subject: Construction of a state-of-the-art subsonic wind tunnel equipped for aircraft testing.

Scope of Work Performed by DOKA Endüstri:
Honeycomb Manufacturing and Assembly: Honeycomb panels, manufactured with extreme precision from 0.4 mm stainless steel, were assembled on-site in accordance with project requirements.
Settling Chamber Tunnel Screen: The production and assembly of this critical component, which optimizes the aerodynamic performance of the wind tunnel, were carried out.
Wide Angle Diffuser Screen Manufacturing and Assembly: Screens used in the wide-angle diffuser section were manufactured and installed in compliance with project standards.

This project, designed by AIOLOS Engineering and executed by Rönesans İnşaat, is Turkey's largest and Europe's second-largest subsonic wind tunnel. It highlights DOKA Endüstri's expertise in precision manufacturing and assembly, further strengthening its contribution to the aviation industry. Critical components such as honeycomb panels, which play a vital role in aerodynamic testing, were produced and installed to the highest quality standards.
